We recommend reaching out 6-8 months prior to travel. Of course it will depend on your trip, but typically earlier is better so we can secure you the best deals.

When booking through a travel advisor, we are paid a commission directly from the hotel based on our partnerships. This way you get all the perks due to our loyalty partnerships and you don’t have to pay us!

Most of the time the price will be the exact same as if you were booking yourself PLUS you get all our amazing perks included. If it is ever more expensive, it is usually minimal and the value of our perks outweigh the extra cost. In that case, we have the option to book the standard rate without perks if cost is most important to you.

That’s ok! Submit an inquiry and we can confirm if we can do a “takeover booking” which means we will be added as the travel agent and you get to enjoy all the perks. No extra money out of your pocket, just the VIP treatment being added!
